What makes QT Toys different?
We’re a small, family run independent business that’s passionate about toys! We pride ourselves on curating the products that we sell and have been doing that for the last 40 years!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We have two options for delivery, Royal Mail and DPD (or alternate 24 hour courier). Royal Mail usually takes about 5 working days to arrive while the courier takes about 3 days, you will have the option to choose which method you want for delivery at check out?
Do you play with all the toys in the shop?
Yes
What is the hardest thing about running a toy shop?
Probably deciding what to put in it! There are so many great products out there that it can be really difficult to decide what to put in store! There’s also the problem that not everything we like is what the customers like so we have to strike a good balance in keeping in tune with what is actually in demand but yet at the same time maintaining a good standard in what we sell!
What if I want something you don’t have?
Let us know! If we can, we will try and find it and get it, especially if lots of people are asking for the same thing!
What’s your favourite toy in the shop?
I can’t name a specific favourite, but I do love all the board games and card games we have, depending on my mood!
