If your order is mailed out to you and you want to return the item, the postage costs have to be paid by you unless otherwise agreed.
For orders made by local delivery, returns or exchanges have to be made at the shop premises at 90 Northcote Road.
You can return your online order for 30 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:
• All tags/labels are still attached to the product
• The product is in its original packaging
If the product is faulty or not as described, we will offer either an exchange or a refund after the product has been returned.
Always retain proof of postage in case the parcel is lost or damaged in its return. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
Upon receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund. This excludes any postage/shipping costs.
