Hi, I’m Joseph!

QT Toys has been part of Battersea since 1983, when my dad first opened the shop. I grew up with the business, and in 2014 I took over, carrying on what he started more than 40 years ago.

A lot has changed since then, of course. The toys, the trends and certainly the way people shop, but what we wanted and want QT Toys to be hasn’t changed at all. We’re still an independent, family-run toy shop where you can wander in, discover something you weren’t looking for, and hopefully leave with something a child will absolutely love.

We carefully choose what we stock; mixing the big names children ask for with toys and brands you might not find everywhere else. And because we’re independent, we can change, experiment and bring in the things we genuinely think are worth having.

More than four decades after dad first opened the doors, we’re still here in Battersea, still surrounded by toys, still discovering new favourites, and still helping the next generation of children find theirs.
